1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7 – 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For custom-made or pre-order items, processing times may take an additional 3 – 4 weeks.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 – 8 business days within the United States.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 – 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs clearance procedures, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of £5 applies to all orders, regardless of destination.

Free shipping is available for orders over £200, where applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

5. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 5 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Address Changes & Order Issues

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has already been shipped.
